Dr. Frédéric Dal Vecchio, Phd in fiscal law (« Enforceability of contracts in tax law », L’Harmattan publishing) is a Visiting Scholar at the Chulalongkorn University and teaches international tax strategies at the Faculty of Law of Aix-Marseille University (France) and comparative tax law at the Cergy-Pontoise University (France). He also teaches international tax law at the Royal University of Law and Economics of Phnom Penh (URDSE, Cambodia).
Frédéric Dal Vecchio is one of the authors for the « Fiscal Procedures » encyclopedia of the JurisClasseur Editions (LexisNexis). Member of the scientific board of the « European and International Journal of Tax Law », Frédéric DAL VECCHIO has written several articles, notably on « Aggressive tax planning in ASEAN » (July 2015), « Intellectual property taxation in ASEAN » (July 2016) and tax ruling (April 2017).
Member of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA), Frédéric Dal Vecchio has been appointed Jurisdictional Council Member for France in 2019.
Frédéric Dal Vecchio is also a member of the board of the French association of the Doctorates in law (AFDD, Association Française des Docteurs en Droit).
