เมื่อวันที่ 27 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 คณะนิติศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ร่วมกับ TUM Quantum Social Lab (TUM School of Social Sciences and Technology), the Stanford Center for Responsible Quantum Technology (Stanford Law School) และ the Digital Asia Hub ประเทศไทย จัด Global Roundtable Series ขึ้นเป็นครั้งแรกภายใต้หัวข้อ “Responsible Quantum Technologies in Thailand” ซึ่งเป็นการรวมตัวกันของผู้เชี่ยวชาญหลากหลายสาขาวิชา เช่น ควอนตัมฟิสิกส์, คอมพิวเตอร์, กฎหมาย และนโยบายเทคโนโลยี เพื่ออภิปรายเกี่ยวกับการนำศักยภาพของเทคโนโลยีควอนตัมมาพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรม เศรษฐกิจและสังคมในประเทศไทย และสร้างความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระดับนานาชาติกับสถาบันชั้นนำทั่วโลก โดยมี Professor Dr.Urs Gasser คณบดี TUM School of Social Sciences and Technology) และ Ms.Constanze Albrecht จาก Technical University of Munich พร้อมด้วย อาจารย์ ดร.ภูมิศิริ ดำรงวุฒิ รองคณบดีด้านวิรัชกิจและนิตินวัตกรรม คณะนิติศาสตร์ จุฬาฯ เป็นผู้ดำเนินรายการ

On February 27, 2024, the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University, in collaboration with TUM Quantum Social Lab (TUM School of Social Sciences and Technology), the Stanford Center for Responsible Quantum Technology (Stanford Law School) and the Digital Asia Hub Thailand, launched the first Global Roundtable Series, titled on “Responsible Quantum Technologies in Thailand.”
The roundtable brought together experts from various fields, such as quantum physics, computer science, law, and technology policy to discuss the utilization of quantum technologies and potential development to benefit Thai industries, economy, and society. Moreover, the roundtable emphasized the common goal of fostering international cooperation among leading academic institutions worldwide.
The roundtable was moderated by Professor Dr.Urs Gasser, Dean of TUM School of Social Sciences and Technology) and Ms.Constanze Albrecht from Technological University of Munich, along with Dr.Poomisiri Dumrongvute, Vice Dean for International Affairs and Legal Innovation, Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University.
