This program was established because economic, financial, and international investment law has played a crucial role nowadays according to the economic relations which have economic integrations in both World Trade Organization area and region level such as European Union, NAFTA, AFTA, APEC, FTA, etc. In the economic and business section of the country, relationships between law, currency, and the capital market are greater respectively. Regulations to those by the government, communications between the private sector in co-investment, business establishment, negotiation, and financial instruments usage, all of these must possess essential understandings regarding the matter and the law simultaneously. Currently, economic law specialists in international and domestic are limited in number. Therefore, the process to prepare lawyers and businesspeople who possess relevant understandings of this subject matter is beneficial for academic development, economic cooperation, economic development, and the nation’s law generally.
